SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance
1. Program Description: This messaging program sends appointment confirmation and reminder messages to customers who have booked an appointment with [email protected] through our website at https://studio.soma-co.com, or via our scheduling forms, and have explicitly opted in to receive SMS notifications. Opt-in is collected via web forms with a dedicated checkbox for SMS consent. Messages include scheduling confirmations, appointment reminders, rescheduling updates, and customer support communications.
2. Cancellation Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the same number that sent you messages. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

4. Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Q: Is it suitable for studio use?
A: The folding reformer is built from the same high-quality materials as our studio model, but it's sold and warrantied as a home-use machine. It’s slightly smaller and may not accommodate all clients equally well in a studio setting. For regular studio use, we recommend waiting for our upcoming studio reformer—launching soon!
Q: When will I receive my reformer?
A: The drop goes live on July 18. Orders will ship within 10 days of purchase. Delivery time depends on your location and carrier—most customers within continental Europe will receive their reformer within 2–3 weeks.
Q: How do you ship it?
A: Your reformer is shipped like high-end furniture: securely packed in a custom wooden crate and cardboard box to protect it during transport. It’s delivered to street address, ground level only by our trusted freight partners.
Q: What if something breaks?
A: We’ve built these to last, and we stand by them with a 3-year warranty. But should anything happen, we’ve got you covered: all parts (except the wooden frame) are replaceable. Just reach out—we’ll help you sort it quickly.
Q: Does the reformer need maintenance?
A: Yes! Like any professional equipment, regular care is key. You’ll receive a detailed digital manual that walks you through simple but essential maintenance steps to ensure top performance and long life.
Q: How will I know what exercises to do and how to use it?
A: We've got you! We’re launching our very own Soma Co. online class platform, made just for our reformer owners—with tutorials, full classes, and tips for every level. Stay tuned for launch details and your exclusive offer.
Q: Is this suitable for men?
A: 100%. Our reformer is designed for every body. The only limitation is a weight capacity of 130kg. As for height, most users will find it fits well, but if you’re particularly tall or short, we’ll have tutorials and adjustment tips to help you adapt the setup and exercises.
Q: Can I return the reformer if I change my mind?
A: Due to the size, custom crating, and logistics involved, we do not offer free returns unless the product is faulty or damaged. However, we are committed to customer satisfaction—so if you have any issues at all, reach out and we’ll do our best to find a fair solution. Q: What if I live in an upper-floor apartment or tight space?
A: The reformer is delivered to ground level only. If you live in a building without a lift or with tight stairs, please arrange for additional help to carry it in. The crate is large, so please check the dimensions and measure your space beforehand—we include exact specs in our delivery info.
